Instructions
1. In a blender, combine a handful of The Harmony’s Dried Mango Slices, a handful of Plain Walnuts, and a tablespoon of Harmony’s Trail Mix Seeds.
2. Add coconut water or almond milk to the blender, adjusting the quantity based on your desired consistency. Start with a small amount and add more as needed.
3. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
4. Stop the blender and check the consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
5. Once smooth, pour the Tropical Mango Walnut Smoothie into a glass.
6. Garnish the smoothie with a few additional Harmony’s Dried Mango Slices on top for an extra tropical touch.
